I’m Lauren, a holistic Registered Dietitian who helps women achieve regular, predictable periods with less pain, bloating, and mood swings, so they can regain control of their cycles and stay productive and focused each month, all while feeling confident that their bodies are well-nourished and in balance.

Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions like birth control or restrictive elimination diets, my collaborative approach centers on the individual by carefully reviewing labwork, health history, and relationships with food to create a tailored food, lifestyle, and supplement plan.
